Captain Jack withdrawal fraud??

So I played at Captain Jack I played through my playthrough my wagering requirements made my deposit and have my account verified only to put in for my withdrawal after they took 1100 and left me with nothing I made my deposit to verify and was supposed to be able to withdraw $100 first deposit they can't rejecting putting it back in my account and then disappeared completely now I just show coin draw pending for $100 then a manager's approval after that for $5 does anybody know what this is about and can somebody help me I want to know how to get my money the way other people here get do I need to go to public it was fun to play in the winnings were obviously visually great but in all reality they're not I sent two emails and I have all the screenshots that should I need to send those also screenshots of my transaction history on my account what it shows I tried to do what it shows supposed to be able to do I want 1200 total I put a withdrawal question for $100 they took 1100 out of my account I had a zero balance and the $100 kept getting rejected for some reason and going back into my casino account and now it's just showing as a withdrawal pending
