How slow is Betsamigo?

Please is there anyone else who has tried Betsamigo online Casino? 

I am pretty frustrated of it and wanted to ask if someone had same kind of experience or am I just being highly unlucky. 

I sent my first withdraw on wednesday. I got an answer thursday that I need to verify my account with ID, Electric Bill and bank Note. I did it immediately. I got answer friday that my account is verifyed so I made new withdraw. I got an answer that I still need to send a selfie with a Note where is my name, date of BIRTH and Betsamigo. I did. Saturday I got email that congrats your account is ready and I tried to withdraw agak . Today with no explainings they had rejected my withdraw again. 

Their chat is open few hours per day and they know nothing. 

24/7 support via email is replying in 72 hours. I got 5K to withdraw and maximum per 24hours is 1000€. So this seems to be pretty long project. 

Anu tips?

@Vittusaatana  Hi there and welcome to the forum.

No, you are not the only one having many issues with Betamigo casino...there was another player here (quite recently) who had lots of complaints against the casino too and had numerous headaches with them.

Unfortunately, I did not follow up on his case, so I don't know the outcome.

To other new players intending to play at Betsamigo Casino, better skip it and find a better place to play at!

Could you give us an update as of today please and if you still have not received your winnings I can let you know what to do next.
