SPR04
Hi, This is an obvious Trap. Right ? So obvious, only a "Schoolboy" or Rookie would fall for it ? Well I fell into it. I'm left wondering how I did , but my Bet per spin jumped to $25 per spin and my Balance disappeared very swiftly. I didn't notice the change until my money was gone There appears on the website I used, to be no redress for mistakes by Players. It's sharp practice & if you're a dumbass, like me, they have 5 ways from Sunday of taking those digital credits. I searched for any discussions in these forums on this subject, but couldn't see any. Pls let me know if anyone is aware of any ? If anyone else has had a similar experience I would be very interested to know if you complained to the Casino and how they responded to your complaint ? Please do share The Casino I played online with is a UK casino. I am also looking into what the Best Practise Fair Gaming recommendations for UK online gaming. If anybody has any knowledge on this subject, please share. I'd love to have any advice to guide my appeal tp the casino. It would seem to me that placing a Max Bet button directly next to the Spin button is inviting mistakes by the unwary and it must be at the opposite end of the spectrum of the dictionary definition of "Fair Play". Who can relax playing with an online Casino that has such delights prepared for you when you click the wrong button ? It's not likely to develop into a relationship based on trust All helpful advice would be appreciated --- except for "Don't Do That Again". Yeh - got it ()
cocopop3011
Classic schoolboy error - I have done it myself. Bet £10 a spin by mistake, won nothing back. , Luckily the casino reimbursed me,.
Afi4wins
A strategic ploy by casinos no doubt, to make players do unexpect slip-ups by pressing the max bet button instead of the spin button. Yeah, it had happened to me several times before, the last one was whilst playing a Gomomat game at 0.10 bet per spin...in the next spin, the bet suddenly went up to $25, without me noticing it, and I lost all my balance in just 2 spins. I complained to the casino about the mishap but got nothing in return. They were probably laughing it out loud amongst themselves!

blondie
I haven't had that with max bet, but I still remember one time I had free spins on a game at Videoslots years ago- I had put the autoplay for the free spins and thought once the free spins are over, the autoplay would stop. Instead, the autoplay continued with a default bet on the game (around 2 or 3 euros) and my tiny balance was gone within minutes. Videoslots never reimbursed me and pretty much said it was my error. I told them to look at my bet log and see that I am a low roller and have never made any bets near the £10, to be honest, I didn't even have to fight my case, they refunded me. It was the one and only time I have done it. I remember my partner did it once on Playtech's Fantastic Four, but I'm sure his bet was something like £26.
