Help, Jumpman gaming (BritainPlay) won't verify my documents or pay my winnings?

Well, whether he got his money or not, he should at least let us know and close this topic of his. Leaving it open and undecided is never a good move.

I won £500 and they ask me to verify my account before I could withdraw my winnings so it took me three days to verify my account. They was trying to reject everything I had to show them about hundred different documents before they verified my account now I’ve sent all the documents and my account has been verified. They’ve now escalated it to review team. They’re trying every possible way not to pay my winnings. Be careful this company do not use them.
