I found a new casino that I'd like to talk about - winnerama.com

Can you please add this new casino to the list as well as the complaint list?   Winnerama.com is owned by the same people who own Tangiers casino.

Same thing as Tangiers..  5 business day delay for withdrawal only to ask for some paper, then another 5 business  day  delay, then now a 10 day business day delay.  (20 business days total so far, and I expect it to continue ..)

Are you able to add them to the list?   Winnerama looks to be their newest casino.  Everything else about the casino is great actually.  It's pretty slick.. other than the non-payout issue.  In what world would any place delay payouts for so long and expect to have any repeat business.

No sadly, I knew nothing of Winnerama and Tangiers. I was lured in by their twice weekly free spins and they had different games that I hadn't seen anywhere else.  Their bonus system was fair and they have tournaments and races every hour which is really really cool.

At first I won $1300, tried to cash that out and no go.  I played some more and got it up to 2300, tried to cash that and no go..  I played some more and go up to 5600..  they cap their withdrawal limit at $4000 so I have a $4000 pending withdrawal.   I'm at business day 15 so far, 5 to go, and from what I have read they're going to tell me I passed the review and now I can request another withdrawal and wait another 5 business days.   Are these people in their right mind or what???  How can they continue to do this and get away with it?

I knew there must be other people going through this but there was little info to be found on google.   Until I made the connection between Winnerama and Tangiers.  Then I found this site and WOW I am shocked at the amount of complaints that you have helped people with.  Think about how many people don't know about your service and how many people ended up getting burned with no recourse.

So kindly could they be added to the list so I can file a complaint with you guys?

Thank you so much for your reply and clarifications F/r. Now everything makes sense and is crystal clear. No more dark clouds in the sky, so to speak, hehehe.

It is sad indeed that a huge number of gamblers get lured into such casinos with sweet offerings and nice things, hopefully not laced with poison. It is also another sad thing that most people do not know about Askgamblers website, otherwise a lot of heartaches and pains could be avoided. I'm glad you found it in time! Askgamblers' complaint system, AGCCS, would be your best help and assistance to resolve your case, but first, yes, Winnerama Casino need to be listed into Askgamblers directory. Hopefully this will be done soon.

In the meantime, stay cool, don't reverse your winnings, stay calm, and wait for the next step to take. Good luck bro!

May I ask what the procedure is for getting a new casino listed?  Do you guys have to vett and review additions to your list or is the list created and driven by complaint requests? Just curious.  You really should check out their casino.   It is pretty nice other than the non-payment issues.  Is a review done always?

How does a new casino gets listed?

Basically, @cocopop3011 would make a request to the Askgamblers team, then the team would make the arrangements. What transpires between the team, on behalf of Askgamblers, and the new casino, I guess no member can ever know...may even be a trade secret, hehehe.

What matters is that both parties must mutually agree to work together and then the new casino gets listed. No agreement, no listing. This whole process make take a few weeks, or even months.

Yes, every new casino gets a thorough reviewing by the team, gets a rating, and the review then gets published for public viewing.
