fuckwinnerz
Hi Guys! I made a withdrawal on Winnerz.com, 500 euros. They deny me withdrawals and demand the following documents: Employment contract. A copy of my declared annual income / tax. Bank statement on all of my bank accounts. Also savings accounts. Of the past 6 months. I said that this information is not necessary and that it violates gdpr. They have already blocked my account and stopped responding to my emails! What do I do? robjmiller
Please tell me how did you solve this issue? (if decided) It's just that I've had a similar situation. OliverCooper
Afi4wins
This topic has apparently been missed out...so @fuckwinnerz any update on the current status? Have you tried making an official complaint using Askgamblers' AGCCS assistance? OliverCooper

Or it depend on the issue?

Or it depend on the issue? The minute you submit your complaint form to the AG Complaints team, they will respond back to you within minutes. The casino is then given about 4 days to respond back to the AG team, so the speed of responses are totally dependent on how fast or slow each casino would respond. Before I thought that it all depends on the issue, and not on casino (for the most part)
