Please help is this casino pulling my pants down

Good morning, I have a query about my 888casino account, basically I asked the casino to investigate my RTP on the account only to be told congrats on my winnings even though I didn't win anything which is unbelievable as I sent them a detailed email explaining that I wanted my RTP investigated as I've lost every deposit I've made in the last 3 weeks and I was also told that I've wagered £6k in 10p spins LOL and my RTP is 95% can someone look at these screens and tell me what you think my overall RTP is for this casino because I'm struggling to see why I'm not winning anything I took these screenshots yesterday

Playngo are probably the worst slots if you want to do sensible gambling. Every casino has a different rtp and it can be manipulated the way casino wants it. Sometimes they give bonuses in undet 50 spins and sometimes not in 1200. I recently lost around usd 1100 on moon princess100 abd reactoonz. 

As far as finding out about rtp is of legacy of dead is concerned go to the game rules page of legacy of dead and you will see Rtp of slot yourself.

Yea the RTP for legacy of dead on 888 is also 94.51%  its just had yet another £20 outta me, now being £600 down this month on legacy of dead really does make me question whether the game is actually playing fair through participation as getting £5-10 ontop of my original deposit at best doesn't merit withdrawing then it just eats every penny down to the minimal bonus money I get from their promo, and the bonus game on legacy for me really doesn't portray it's payout potential when your hitting 95p-£3 with no retriggers, playing legacy for a whole month and not getting any participated RTP worth withdrawing from the slot it's so confusing, do I keep trying because I'm £600 down and hope that I get the RTP from participating or do I just accept that the casino has defeated me and taken me to the cleaners.... here is my game history for today on legacy and what I consistently get on the bonus.

if you want to know your slot RTP you will have to find out how much you have staked at the casino account and then use your P/L and divide it by the staked amount.
Let's say you have a P/L of -3000 GBP, and have staked lifetime 50,000 GBP, you then know your RTP is 94%. So all your casino needs to do is provide you with your total amount staked then use that with your win/loss amount. Now unless you have been running as good as another member that deposits 50 quid and plays 1 quid spins and hits 5000x and 1000x+ wins on high variance slots... otherwise your RTP will be somewhere in the 90's or worse.

Now as for Legacy of Dead where I played had RTP of 96.58% as it should be, I don't know how some of you play the 94.51% version. But even with 96.58% version I had total 323 spins on it and gave me under 58% RTP. (one session ~80% and 2nd session ~41%),  Still did get a feature on 154th spin.

Are these bets on 1 line or on all 10 lines?

Honestly speaking if you play on 1 line you should not complain about RTP. Its a risk you are taking and you should be aware of the outcome. You may hit big or may not hit at all. You may have had big wins in the past on 1 line but thats how it is.

I don't know why but many players, especially newbies and less-experienced ones, do not realise or know that a player may not get any chance of a good win or a withdrawal for many deposits consecutively, regardless of playing on only 1 slot game on on several.

I've had many periods when I've made over 25 deposits without making any single withdrawal. The worse one went to almost 40 deposits without a single withdrawal!

In your screenshot above, you have deposited 535 GBP over a 25 days period, which is 21.4 GBP deposit per day, but is certainly not the case. Most likely, you've made 10 - 20 deposits in that period of time, so you've reached 20 deposits without a single withdrawal. As I've said, this bad streak could go beyond 30 or more deposits before you can actually get a taste of a win withdrawal!

Is this uncommon? Nope. It can happen anywhere, at any casino, or on any slot game. It's how all games are designed to run, to bring in profits for the provider.

What can you do? As far as I can see, you may just need to RIDE OUT the bad streak with minimal spins, or PLAY AT ANOTHER CASINO altogether, which would start you off on a new and different standing.

Will that guarantee you won't suffer a repeat of many deposits with no withdrawal? NOPE, it won't!

I never even bother about RTPs...they are just useless percentages that don't tell you anything, except to show you are losing or winning. It doesn't mean that if you are now at 80% RTP, so you are due for a huge big win very soon, to catch up to that 94% or 96% RTP nonsense...NOPE! Chase that win and you'd end in deeper troubles!

Haha, maybe they were dodging the question because they didn't know how to carry out your request, I would definitely go back to them now and ask again?

May I ask why you have chosen this particular casino for all of your deposits? And also, where are you from?
