If i deposit with Spin Casino and i win something, will i get my payout? Or would the Ontario government do something about it? Please help me understand as i dont want to make a new account with the 20 or so igaming websites, i would rather play on spin palace casino, please help. Hello and Welcome to Askgamblers 1st - Please can you state the website address for the casino in question, So I can check their terms. From the change that took effect on 4th of April - Basically Ontario created Kind like their "own gambling commission" or iGaming Market, which invited other casinos to join them and follow their rules /t's and c's related as to how it should apply to Canadian players or Ontario players for that matter. That will obviously enhanced/better payment methods support and other features that will benefit the players of Ontario. Its up to the casino to decide whether they want to register with iGO (iGaming Ontario) to offer legal online gaming and betting activities to players from Ontario, however some casino would still just open up its doors to Canadian players. Similar as to casinos who do not have a UK license, cannot offer gaming activity to players from the UK, but you do get casinos who accept players from the UK without having a license. I guess you will be fine playing at Spin Casino or whatever the actual casino name is, until the iGO stricly enforce casinos to join their market before allowing Ontario players. If thats the case, you cannot play with them and the casino needs to restrict Canadian players if they choose not to join, however at the moment I think you can still play and should get your money just fine. Would the Ontario government do something about it? - Probably not, but cannot confirm 100% as using Bank Transfer could raise flags, especially if Big Amounts are transferred to you, However if you use a web wallet they cannot specifically know its from a casino or if you use BTC right. As those will be classified as transfers from BTC exchange or Web Wallet services, However, in South Africa, if the amount exceed a certain threshold the reserve bank sometimes hold the money before releasing, wanting the reason for different currency and where does it originate from , especially when using Bank Tranfers. Blackjax
This is the casino you are talking about. Right. The casino has a warning from AG that they stall payments. I suggest you stay away. Since you are from Canada why dont you try some other respectable casino. Just a few questions. Do you like to play with bonus money or just real funds? What providers do you like to play? What deposit methods are you comfortable with? We also have a forum member from Canada who plays at Winz.io casino a lot. If you want we can tag him and he can surely guide you.
