Self excluded was able to reopen

I self excluded myself from dr.bet but was able to reopen another account. They told me i was fully verified and didn’t ask any documentation. I deposited in all  £930 but won back 600 tru sports betting which I requested to withdraw. Now they ask for verification so I send all the requested documents and they suspend my account. I called them but couldn’t tell me anything cuz they’re looking into it. My question is if they’re not gonna give my deposits back, re they gonna pay my winnings? If they don’t want to refund surely they’ll pay me my winnings then! They just can’t keep ally money. They allowed me to deposit which they shouldn’t have if they asked for verification before I deposited. Please can someone advise me on this? Has anyone got in the same situation? Please help
