How long does it take to get winnings back by bitcoin?

I was having a hard time withdrawing $200 from Slots Of Vegas by wire transfer. Then I opened up a bitcoin wallet and app on coinbase and had them deposit it into my crypto bank.At first I thought I wasn't doing it correctly because I got an email back from someone saying it had to have a 1 or a 3 in front of the address.. After many hours of research I figured it out and sent them my crypto address to send it to. Well evidently it worked because when I checked the transaction history it said Feb. 03, 1:46 A.M Manager withdrawal requested for $120.00 And I had just asked for a $100.00 Then it said Manager Withdrawal Approved feb.03 1:46 A.M. for $120.,. Well that was well over 12 hours ago and I don't show it anywhere in my crypto wallet or balance.. . Am I not looking in the right place or should I contact Slots of Vegas? Thank you any feedback would be greatly appreciated>

Hi @Christieb53 & welcome to the AskGamblers Forum.

First of all, if you have not received anything, it means they probably have not sent it yet. Remember when they sent your funds it can take from 1 to 24 hours to appear in your wallet because the payment needs 3 confirmations before it clears in your account., What influence how quickly your payment clears it the fees they paid for the transaction, the more fees they paid, the quicker it should be confirmed.

2nd - The casino approved your withdrawal, however that does not necessarily mean they processed or sent your money yet. Sometimes casinos approve a withdrawal and take up to another 24 hours to process it or sent the funds.

Here is what you can do to check if you have received any funds yet: You can go to https://www.blockchain.com/explorer

Then enter your BTC address in the search bar at the top

Then you should get results like the below, of how many time your address transactions ( Incoming and Outgoing funds), with the dates or your last few transactions etc.

If you do not see anything, it means you BTC address has not received any funds yet. The below is an example of my address and transactions

Also normally most casinos I play at, have a confirmation if you cashed out using BTC for the first time as they use Coinspaid and looks like something like this.

Hope the above helps!

Now - Did the casino confirm that they sent the funds yet or not?

Don't you think it's risky to publish your personal account number here bro? I don't use cryptos, so I don't know much on the safety of those addresses. All I know is that hackers can now hack into crypto accounts and wallets!!!

No security risk.

I have multiple address, they cannot get BTC or hack my account by using a BTC address, the money is in a wallet, and not linked to any BTC address specific. So it's safe

It all still goes way over my head.

So, was this able to resolve your issue or do you need further assistance?
