The first reason Cadoola Casino rejected my withdrawal claim was supposedly I had a duplicate account with them. They were a brand new casino back then, it was my first visit to their casino, and they accused me of having more than one account.

When that reason failed, they then accused me of colluding with another player, just because my Skrill account showed some money transactions between another person. Again, I proved that wrong.

They went on and on, from one reason to another, all stupid accusations, and all proven not true in the end!

Once I got my payment from them, I closed all my accounts at Araxio casinos (about 3 or 4 other casinos). They can play delaying tactics with me, but I would hit back hard at them, without fail!

just checked out  Cadoola on trustpilot and found this: from May 2, 2021: Won money about 6 weeks ago still has not been paid out excuse after excuse. Avoid as these are a shocking casino with shocking customer support

and from another Italian player, on Dec 14, 2021; Withdrawal Scam. Useless assistance I have withdrawn exactly two weeks ago and still the transaction is "suspended". I contacted support over and over, they replied promising me a processing on Thursday first. Then from Thursday it was moved to Monday, and from Monday it became: "in the next few days", this already 13 days after the date of collection. Never deposit at this casino, as the withdrawal times are biblical and of course the option to cancel the withdrawal is always available. I wonder if I will ever get the money I have withdrawn. Shameful.

a German player said on June 13, 2021: hands off.. stay away...this casino is miles behind the others on the market.

@Flatzem - You know the worse is, if you lets say win 10k, it will take a full month to get the funds, if not longer, as withdrawals are 500 per day, they can take up to 2 days to pay, and you can only have 3 pending withdrawals at a time, that means on average 1500 or 2000 per week .
