Passport issues

Hello I play at a crypto casino with a curaçao licence. I live in Ireland and have a uk passport as I used to reside in Belfast. I have a proof off address at my current address but the casino are telling me I can’t use a UK passport?

Which part of Ireland are you living now? 

Do you have a drivers license you can use instead at your current address?

I live in Sourthern Ireland now, which isn’t part of the UK. I don’t drive so don’t have that.

 

I’ve used the same documents to verify my self at around 5 other well known crypto casinos holding a curaçao licence without any bother..

 

are they trying to avoid paying out ?

I'm not very good with anything outside of the UK so help me out here - so which passport are you meant to have in Southern Ireland then?
