So I have ran into a strange situation and I know it’s not right ;  but is it legal can anyone maybe from Askgamblers team advise next course of action if any

i have been using a reputable site - has very high ratings and to be fair I love the Site great games, quick payouts (Don’t wish to name right now )

But I have been having issues how they deal with my withdrawals

I am Canadian and have a Canadian Wallet (Much Better)

I fund my wallet with CAD $

I send CAD $

My account at casino is in CAD $; all games played are in CAD $

When I withdraw - I have requested $10,000 for example and site claims “No fees”

But I’m $10,000 - approx $9500 gets credited to my wallet (note other sites I withdraw $10k - I get $10k)

The issue with this site although all requested in CAD - they send EUR equivalent to Wallet and I get hit with a cross currency conversion.

This has happened a few times and casino has told me that’s the way it is

is this legal ? I mean everything in my account is based in CAD - although wallet is charging the fee, this should be sent as CAD not EuR in the first place

thoughts ?
