Does anyone play on chumba?

I'm new to online casino's and I started playing on chumba a couple months ago. Last Saturday I hit a mega jackpot for 74000 sweeps coins my account is now at 92000 sweeps coins. I sent them all of my paperwork and I've been in the verification process for 4 days now. It seemed way to easy for me to hit like I did and it doesn't seem real and even though I paid real money for the sweeps coins I'm not counting on getting anything until I actually get it. Has anyone here ever cashed out from chumba and does anyone know how long I should expect to wait?

Unfortunately, Chumba has been assigned Terminated status for being non-responsive with our Account Management team but you can still use AGCCS against them.
