At first they used to send a system generated email saying that they will get back to me after looking into the reason and now since one week they have even stopped responding to my emails. Only a system generated mail appears at times. I have a sizable amount of funds in the account and they just have sidetracked the entire issue as if nothing has ever happened. Unfair.
