Can Casinos back out from affiliation bonus commitments.

I signed up on Sunpura casino on 12 June after it was up on AG site. They had an exclusive first deposit bonus of 150%. About a week ago I went to Sunpura casino to claim the first deposit bonus and they said the bonus is not available. They escalated the matter to the manager. I went to chat today and they said that the manager said that the promotion has already expired.

The casino decided to cancel their exclusive bonus in almost two weeks.  I just wanted to know can casinos back up from their affiliation link commitments like this. After Sunpura casino declined my exclusive bonus I went to Betchain where I had signed  up four months ago. I told them that I had signed up through AG link and it  was 150% bonus. They acknowledged the fact and added my bonus. 

I dont know what else to type.

I signed up on 21st May, made a deposit and got that 150% bonus. If it has expired by now, that's just too bad bro, because special bonus offers do not last forever...they usually have a short validity period.

Anyway, hope our Sharon or Valdes can confirm this for you.

When it comes to exclusive bonus, they will be arranged for a certain time only so in this case it probably had expired, maybe it just wasn't removed from our site. 

But in answer to your question, it's not the casino backing out of the bonus, it's more than likely that the exclusive offer has ended. 

However @Blackjaxif you ever get an issue like this again it's always best to alert me straight away. This is something I can most definitely get an aswer to quite quickly as long as it is during office hours. So please, if it happens again please be sure to either contact me or create a topic and tag me.
