They have live chat? No? I played at Ego, IVI and Argo and I believe they still owned by Joc solutions? I think it's not so much as to whether their notifications are turned on or not, but more of being a 'post and run' poster. They post a question but are not bothered to read any replies, or even curious to find out the answer. My issue already went through the complaint process without solution but my problem is that there is still withdrawal of crypto 21€ since: 09.04.2023 21:03 still pending, and I havent been able to reach support via live or email ever.
