What the problem? They have live chat? No?

I played at Ego, IVI and Argo and I believe they still owned by Joc solutions? I used to get my money under 12 hours sometimes maybe up to 24 hours and never had issues with them.

I think it's not so much as to whether their notifications are turned on or not, but more of being a 'post and run' poster. They post a question but are not bothered to read any replies, or even curious to find out the answer. Simply wasting our time and effort...sheesh!

I see my post got some wind beneath its wings.

My issue already went through the complaint process without solution but my problem is that there is still withdrawal of crypto 21€ since: 09.04.2023 21:03 still pending, and I havent been able to reach support via live or email ever. I am in Ego Casino with same nick: Tacleops @cocopop3011

Okay I have your complaint. Can you confirm which bonus it was that you had when you signed up please so we can check the terms and conditions? Can you also confirm whether or not you have made any deposits into your account.

Okay, so I have looked at the terms and conditions at EgoCasino for No deposit bonuses and here is why you have not received your funds 

Quote

 To withdraw funds from the No-Deposit Bonus, is required a minimum deposit from the system to which the funds are to be withdrawn (in case the user has not previously deposited). Withdrawals from the no deposit bonus for registration cannot be made to cryptocurrency wallets. 

So, there is two reasons. You need a valid deposit and withdrawal method in place and you can withdraw NDB winnings by crypto.
