When I was logging in again to cash out the winnings, I received a message that my account was blocked. I immediately called the customer support to discuss what had happened. The customer support told me that they had blocked my account because I apparently had multiple accounts, but I don't have multiple accounts. It is very suspicious that they blocked my account right where I had this high win. Furthermore, I have had this account for a few weeks. Why didn't they block me if I had multiple accounts where I haven't won large amounts? Has anyone encountered such a problem? Does anyone else have any tips for me to get my winnings? Their game collections and other promos are impressive, but cs and cash out and verification sucks! I don't even wanna start with what I went through at Rembrandt casino. They screwed me over! Period of close to 1000 euro. Deposit 12 euros with 12 euro bonus and 66 spins - $7500 wager. I completed over $4000 of wager with 1000 euro balance but saw my wager is not complete and busted! I deposit with e-wallet only, yet they demand a bank statement for verification. I suggest you open an Askgamblers complaint and be patient when starting the process!
