Which online Casino's have the most games, and providers?

Hello, I like that they show the providers  when you view a casino review, but is there any way to sort on most games, most providers?

 

I am looking for a casino that has all of these providers, as I find that these always come separate , and most casinos I saw, only have a few of these, but never together.

 

Rival, Endorphina, Play N Go, Booming, Playtech and Microgaming. optional are Gamomat, Merjur and such.

 

I like books and fruit games, where you can set the coins to about any number, wether that is o,o1$ or 0,05$ cent per spin. As many casinos, and providers, have so many games starting at 0,20$ per spin games, which for me as I love to spin a lot is too expensive.

 

Anyone knows and can give some great suggestions? Thank you, and of course i would love these to have a decent to great rating still. 7 + at least.
