Resolved: Bitstarz holding payments

NOTE: In my 6 years of online gambling experience this might be my first casino complaint and its because of Lack of communication between Astropay and the casino. Not even my fault. My clean online casino gambling career is ruined.

So I requested a cashout from Bitstarz on April 1 of 210 euros. Uploaded all documents and all of them accepted but one. I used Astropay card for deposit and the document which still hasnt been accepted is the one which has card number in history. I was told they have sent that document to Astropay to verify. After 20 hours I recalled my cashout twice and played down to 97. Completely my fault. Between all this I contactef bitstarz thrice and they said Astropay hasnt replied to them in 24 hours. Last night after 48 hours since Bitstarz request to Astropay they still havent gotten a reply. Meanwhile I contacted my Astropay chat and they said they haven received any mail. When i said I am in contact with Astropay and Astropay has asked me what is the mail by which they sent us mail, I said I will ask Bitstarz. Bitstarz chat said he doesnt know email and he said we cant give you our email. Its between us and Astropay. Fair enough. Astropay said we will look for email ourselves and get in touch with Bitstarz. I contacted bitstarz again and they say they havent replied to us in past two days plus today which now makes it 63 hours. Meanwhile Astropay has replied to me on email and even on whatsapp.

Now for the hillarious part. When I contacted Bitstarz again I asked them what happens if I cant verify account, they said i will not get my payment. I asked what is the deadline they said we have no time frame. I asked what happens if Astropay never replies. They said we will release payment. I asked what is dealine for waiting. They said we have no time frame.

Meanwhile while all this is going on I recorded the entire event of me logging into my Astropay and going to my profile, deposit, address and transaction page and sent this clip to Nick, the casino manager about more than 24 hours. No reply. I uploaded same on chat to agent. He tells me to wait. If things dont workout between Astropay and Bitstarz team is it my fault?  What next?

OMG!!! I'm so sorry to hear of this bad news mate. I thought you had already received your money and probably have spent it too! 

Don't reverse your withdrawal money again, or you might lose everything in the end!

BTW The documents that I have given and that have been accepted are:

My passport front and back, 

My bank statement of 3 months which was issued on April 1.

Skrill ownership, skrill transaction proof

Neteller ownership, neteller transaction proof, 

Astropay profile, astropay address

My PAN card, used to file income tax, 

Document uploaded and not verified yet. The card transaction which you can see on WhatsApp chat above. 

I have also sent an entire 44 second clip of me logging into my account and swiping to my profile, account, address and transaction on Astropay to Nick the casino manager and uploaded same on chat. But Nick hasn't replied and chat says to wait but no time frame.
