Pinnacle refusing to help with missing deposit

Recommended Posts

I made a deposit on the 27th, and I was charged for the deposit. However my account on Pinnacle was never credited. So after an hour I contacted support, and they were of absolutely no help what so ever, they just kept telling me they had not received it. And after a lot of back and forth they told me to contact their payment provider, which I  did. The  payment provider answered and asked me to tell Pinnacle to contact the payment provider to sort the issue out.

Having told Pinnacle this, they refuse to do anything. No matter what I say they just give me the same template-answer.

So basically, be aware, if your funds go missing, don't expect Pinnacle to do anything to help.  This has been the worst customer support experience I have ever had by far.
