Online Slots: Play Real Money Vs Fun Money

Hello Everyone!

Most of the time, before playing with Real Money

on either a new slot, ''hot'' slot or a jackpot slot I will play Bonus Money just the get the feel of it...

So my point is, I got that weird feeling that bonus and free spins comes really easy on ''fun'' balance making you willing to try it with your ''real'' balance.

But, as soon as you start spinning the slot, it is mostly dead! Really low RTP, scatters, wild and high paying symbols are rare.

What do you think of it? Give me some feedback!!

To further prove my point, I played my top favourite Playtech game, Safari Heat, in fun mode, at one European casino. Started my play at about 11.15am, finished it just over one hour later. See the screenshot below. Starting balance was 1000 fun money, end balance was 48,800.75...won in just over 1 hour of play!!! Totally impossible to achieve with real money play!!!

What you mean to say is...casinos would be bankrupt if real play is actually the same as fun play...but I get your drift and meaning. 

What I'm wondering now is...is this poster AntoinePL even reading our replies???

No response...no replies...and that irritates me, cos there seem to be so many of such posters in the forum that pose a question and never come back for the answer...and we'd all be wasting our time and effort in doing the replies for them.

Especially the research to be honest.

Because what they ask here, they can actually google, unless they want personal opinions.

Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate it. I'm still learning about online slots but mostly I'm starting to figure out all those casinos that I need to avoid... I'm playing on Betamo these days.. What do you think of it?

Here's a very simple guide...if the casino is owned and operated by N1 Interactive (as Betamo Casino is), or by Dama NV (there's a lot of them around), then you'd be safe to play there. With other owners or operators, check their casino review here first!

Thank you for this thread. Really helpful for us newbies. I made same mistakes when I was just starting. It's pretty easy to lose a lot of money while gambling without taking breaks it's very important.
