millyee1
I was in an evolution gaming blackjack room I was down to my last 20 I stared about noon playing blackjack. About 9pm I went from 20 to $340. It was a roller coaster nearly losing every cent all day. My bets get rejected by evolution gaming. I contact EG live support and they tell me technical irregularities were detected. I asked them if they thought I was cheating. The rep said she didnt understand what I was asking and told me to wait for the investigation to complete and issued me a ID ##. I was not the only one this happened to another player in the chat 20 minutes prior said his bets were being rejected too. EXCUSE ME!!!!! I dont even know how to cheat on a real casino let alone a casino on the internet.. Funny thing is they didnt reject my bets when I was down to almost zero in my account which happened several times. I contacted the casino support team of stake and they created a ticket on the issue and are waiting to hear back from evolution. Now stake tells me they dont think its because Ive been suspected of cheating because of what was said to me by EG support "technical irregularities". This is not my first issue with EG I actually closed an account at another casino because of EG. I was such a newb I didnt realize that EG is a game provider for casinos. The new casino (stake) also had EG. I like to play live blackjack and EG is one of two companies providing live BJ games for minimum dollar bets. I was so bummed to figure that out. What Is going on because even though stake told me they dont think its a cheat investigation they really couldnt tell me what it really really is. Please someone tell me whats going on
ValDes
Hey there @millyee1 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum Afraid there's nothing you could do right now but waiting patiently for the investigation to finish. Keep in mind such software issue might take some time to be properly addressed and investigated. Keep us updated. Thanks.
