Deposited the wrong Erc20 token (GTH) into my Ethereum casino adress!

Hello,

I deposited the wrong token GTH (Gather) into my casino Ethereum adress.

Both Ethereum and Gather are Erc20 tokens, so they are not lost. In attached screenshots you can see that the GTH tokens are actually in my Ethereum casino adress.

The casino is from Dama NV group, they have a great reputation.

I am also a good client over the years.

I contacted support team and the first 2 persons did not want to help me with my problem.

The last one gave me some hope and said he gonna send it to the Investigation team.

The GTH tokens i accidentaly send have An amount of around 1000$.

Did someone have had the same problem and should i see my tokens back?
