Thank you, yes I’m going to make a new complaint with all the screenshots and all but im going to blur the sensitive information like IDs. The thing is that my mother don’t have s bankaccount in germany and so i can’t send them it, I already send the Thai Bank account of hers and they didn’t accept it.
