About players rights and privacy concerns

Recommended Posts

Hello community.

Let me start the short story before get you in the main question of this post.

Today i was trying to get some answers regardless 7BitCasino and the way they grant the free spins and its value. by my experience, most of casinos free spins are a bad joke, if you know what i mean, the value per spin goes from 1 cent to 25 cents maxim, with some weird exceptions.

Why i was interested on this? well i just got one email offering me 50 Free spins if i made a deposit of 20$. I did proceed to make a deposit and submit the bonus code as well. Then I got 50% bonus plus 50 free spins; i never received one email explaining me what are the games i have access to the free spins, neither the value of the 50% bonus bet.

As experienced player I believe, that i have the legit right as any other player to get all those answers responded as soon as possible in order to know what i was getting in to, right? Also i noticed that for some reason i was not able to copy the chat i was having with the agent or enable send by mail the transcript.

I started to feel concern about the way the conversation was being handled. And i proceed to request more than 3 times the customer service agent to email me the transcript.

Apart from the transcript i took me 25 minutes to get the list of games that i was entitled to play the 50 free spins. It turned out that the spins were not activated at all on the games i was told, neither in the casino bonus page.

At the end the agent asked me to send him my private information with detailed explanation about why i need the transcript.

I felt offended because this was the first time i get this requirement to get a copy of a conversation that by right i think i have to. so far this was the first time i get some one asking me for all that in order to get the chat log.

Is this new now on casinos to get your private information to get your customer service conversation copy?

after that i decided to cancel the free spins, the 50% bonus and send them one email demanding to reimburse the  money back to my account.

Does anybody else had experience this bizzard experience on 7BitCasino?

regards.

petit.

I reached customer service and asked for what are the games i have acces

Hi there Petite. Yes, I've had several promotional offers from various casinos via email, and I guess there are many more of others who had such promos too. I'm only referring to promos that don't show the complete details of the offer, whilst most others would state the deposit amount required to claim the free spins, including the deposit bonus if any. These incomplete promos may come from the casino themselves, or may come from their affiliates. Needless to say, I've had many promos from affiliates that were rejected by the casino concerned, simply because the casino didn't have that promo.

Whichever the case may be, I would always check back at the casino's website to ascertain if the promo was valid. If not available in their promotional page, then I would get clarification from their live chat support first, before claiming that promo. That's when many such promos got rejected.

Good marketing emails would show what game/s the free spins and deposit bonuses could be used on, but bad ones do not indicate such details. Avoid these in the first instance if possible, but if still interested, then get that promo validated at the casino first before making a deposit to claim it.

Depending on the Live Chat platform, most would allow a transcript of the chat to be emailed back to the chatter upon request, but some platforms do not have this function and must be requested from the casino's support team, which may not include the live chat service (external pool services), so a request need to be sent to the casino's support team instead.

Whatever it is, this may be the case at 7bit Casino, so do send a request to the casino's support team for clarification.

In very rare cases, I did get my deposit back from the casino after declining the invalid promotional offer. In other cases, there was no other solution but to play off that promo, no matter how bad it was, then I would close my account there. Once bitten is more than enough for me! 😜

Indeed. 7BitCasino is definitively not a good casino.

I have to push them now to pay my money back. Good that i did not play any game at all. So they cannot take my money, I think. Also i disable manually the 50% bonus and the 50 free spins too.

Now what its left is to wait when they feel like it  to send back my money to my bank account.

Will see how it goes.
