Hello I've played 4 January Betsoft game SIN CITY NIGHTS MOBILE VERSION i was on bet not sure 7.50 PLN or 6.25 PLN game reel's gave me 20 free spins and suddenly game crashed and doesn't work till now on Casino 22bet i did contact support of Casino they told me that everything what i win was collected and game runs Great . Anwsering to Support I've sended them movies showing that mobile version doesn't work after that only desktop version is working, but both versions of games are different slots machines and they don't understand that and don't believe in my word  . Can someone please from Betsoft officiall gaming support help me i just want to receive that what belong to me.
