Warlock
Hi guys am after some advise so I self excluded myself from partycasino a while back and was done permanently I’m also signed up to gamstop.I recently went onto my partners account on partycasino and was able to deposit using my bank card which is under my name etc.I take full responsibility for my stupidity but I’m wondering if my deposits should of flagged up and been accepted, I also made many deposits over a four day period.Am I right in thinking (reading on forums) that had I of won, they would of done the relevant checks and no winnings would of been paid out meaning it’s win win for partycasino. pinnit2015
Very few online operators (in general) will match account holder to the deposit method: i can use Mrs P's card, for example, to pay my accounts subscription, on my amazon a/c etc: in fact, only been one site that has went 'No, they must be the same', so i presume it's possible. The Casino t's and c's will forbade it Most likely case scenario is to get the deposits back - they'll maybe fight at the start but eventually, from what i've seen, they'll give it. So, not really a win win - you should be put back to the net position of zero i think. In terms of checks, if won? Depends on the operator/site: Bet365/Sky etc - if i used Mrs P's, no they would not find out/reject winnings im sure as i've never been asked for front and back of a card etc Others - depends on if you hit the 2k mark etc; smaller withdrawals, you might have got lucky. BTW Partycasino, if it's the same as the GVC outfit, are terrible to deal with re complaints - i've had one with them for over their complaints timescale and haven't even had an acknowledgement (game related) Blackjax
Blackjax
Good for you that you did not win anything. Even great that you came here. In context to your topic every time you use a new deposit method they ask for account ownership. They would have denied you your withdrawal but probably given you back your initial amount. Lets just assume that still have money remaining and request for withdrawal do not tell them you used your bank card on your partners account. Tell your partner to say she used your bank card on her account. You are on gamstop so it will give them more reasons to decline payment. All this said never use someone else's deposit method on your gambling account because if you win big you are only getting back the deposit amount. Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Afraid what you've done will most probably be considered as a classic attempt to circumvent an active self-exclusion agreement, something most Operators maintain zero tolerance for. My best guess, you have 50% chance to get the disputed deposit/s back and 100% chance to get your partner's account with the Operator permanently closed due to SE related fraud. Good luck! FRaut
I think they should have. But don't do that again, it's really stupid.
