justagirl Posted November 11, 2020 Share Posted November 11, 2020 Hi guys. I’m really struggling with a Casino that’s not listed on this site. I’m pretty sure at this point they are unlicensed which I didnt know at the time, I’ve never played online before. I requested a limit be put on my account 24hrs prior to opening it and the day I opened it. They did not apply the limit and I deposited over $5000 in a 24hr period. Idiot I know. I have tried speaking to the customer service team who just keep says they don’t get my emails, my bank says they can’t help as I approved the transactions and they won’t supply any details about their license ect. I’m just wondering if there’s any hope of maybe recovering those funds via Australian tribunals or something or if I better of just sucking it up.
