Restricted games message should apply in all casinos

I have read many news about regulators comming up with pretentious laws such as the 3 second rule or the 1 minute break before starting a new game. I am against those rules, since they dont reduce the problematic gambling but instead they increase the unregulated casinos welcoming all of those. I indeed approve the rules that only tempt to help the problem and not making it even bigger. But except that problem there are other ones that also need more attention. For example i always like a casino that has the restricted games automated message since it makes it ''player-friendly''. But there are still a lot of casinos that tempt to overuse this term by making it even more difficult. For example, i saw lately a brand new casino with Mga licence, having a restricted games term filled with numerous games. The list was massive and there were not even in alphabetical order, making it even more difficult for the player to enjoy at least his session. Shouldnt regulators give just a small attention to this? By making the casinos at least ''player-friendly''? 

I believe that the regulatory bodies should at least have couple key positions filled with people with the so called gamblers mind. Otherwise the rules they will come up with will be unsuccessful as usual.

I have personally sent such a suggestion in my  amploa as a player to Curacao e-Gaming and MGA back in 2014 . Got the common "Thank you, your feedback has been forwarded to the relevant department... we will take your suggestions into consideration... bla bla" and that's it. :(  What I've heard from casino reps later on was that the matter was discussed on a regular basis but most (if not all) of the serious regulatory bodies consider such centralized approach as the wrong thing to do and advise Operators to implement internal interface tools that would help them resolve the issue. Apparently some have already done it but the majority is still playing fool and to be honest, I don't have the feeling this situation will change dramatically any time soon, especially when it comes to MGA and Curacao licensed casinos.

As far as I know there are lots of iGaming experts sitting on key positions and/or involved with consulting who have enormous experience in the field of online gambling, including but not limited to knowing perfectly the player's soul and mind.

I can confirm that there are indeed key positions filled with experienced people. My question though is one: Have you personally heard  any rule that made you think ''hey, that might actually work'' ? 

For example SOW is something that regulatory bodies came up with to decrease money laundering. BUT have casinos overused this rule? Yeah..How? For the last 2 years casumo and other online casinos have been requesting the SOW by every player with no time frames given. Let me set up an example. A player makes an account at CASINO A. The player completes the usual verification process. After couple deposits he makes a withdrawal of 2k. CASINO A requests SOW. Player sends the SOW. CASINO A, takes 2 weeks to verify it. Player loses his withdrawal.(gambling related tactic).

You do know that if casinos were forced to have the restricted games automated message and maybe a max bet 5 euro on every slot while wagering a bonus, half of the complaints on askgamblers wouldnt be here. :)

Don't forget about casinos like Bitstarz,mBit and 7bit who do not block players from banned countries. They will take as many deposits as they can but when the player tries to withdraw funds and go through KYC their accounts are closed and winnings void for breaking terms. I have friends that have tried to submit this complaint here and elsewhere but they always get rejected.

Wish you were right @kayenne23 but the reality is quite different tbh... The truth is no software / interface restrictions could ever prevent any player who never bothered reading what they signed up for from breaking the rules. A huuuuuge part of the common online punters simply doesn't care reading the terms, that's the reality mate :(
