Weird mastercard transaction behaviour with a casino

i currently play with 5 online casinos and make deposits with my mastercard

about 16 days ago, i made several smaller deposits totally around 10k with an individual casino which originally were deducted from my account but then disappeared a few days later and returned to my balance which has still not reappeared til now.... is this a common occurrence for anyone?

Rare, but happens.

Don't know if changed but BWIN casino was like that - presumably on the part of the payment provider?

Monday - 100 quid, deposit 100 - available 0

Tuesday - still 0 in account

Wednesday - now it seems to have reversed so bank showing 100 quid credit again

Thursday - goes out again, 0 balance

So, for Wednesday, you'd 100 quid more in your account than you should have, it will go back out again though.

Hi and welcome to the forum! I have never used a Mastercard to fund an account - have you checked it with your provider?

yea my bank says there is no transactions pending and have asked the casino themselves and they say no issues. have used the casino for a long time now and have not had this happen before

its been nearly 3 weeks now so bit worried

So the money has been credited back onto your mastercard, is this what you are saying?

the transactions have disappeared and i have my full balance available

They'll re-appear....and if they don't, bonus

I wouldn't go playing in the same casino mind you until they do.

If you’ve spoken to the casino and told them and they’re still staying there are no issues then I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Its means its getting reversed automatically by the system and needs to be done manually. I think this is quite RARE!
