brandmeister
This is not about the fact that there bonus is already super unfair by design. No they also added untold disadvantages to it. According to their own terms you have to wager a bonus 35 times (35x) before you can withdrawal the funds. If you used more than one Bonus at the site you will often have the issue that the wagering requirement can be up to 69 times the Bonus amount. This is due to a bug. At least they call it a bug. In my eyes this is not a bug anymore if they dont intent to fix it ever. I reported the issue several times now and they had many weeks time to fix it, but it never has been handled, most likely because this "bug" is hugely in the favor of the house, adding up to double the wagering requirement to any bonus. I reported the issue several times, always asking to fix it and get the bonus into my account with the right wagering requirement. They fixed the wagering requirement every time but never got rid of the "bug". Its working this way. You usually are not able to clear the bonus and loose all the funds at some point. Lets say you are only able to wager 5 times the bonus amount before the money of the bonus is lost completely. At this point no active bonus is showing anymore and you have no wagering requirement left. So fare so good: Once the next bonus is offered and you take it your wagering requirement will be 35x +30x from the last bonus which was lost and should not add any wagering to your new bonus. So the wagering requirement will be 65x instead of 35x.I think many people will not even recognize and the once who do like me, will have to go to live chat, hope that the guy gets the issue. Usually this will take up to 30 minutes until he understands and afterwards this will be sent to another department which will fix the issue and put the turnover requirement at 35x. I gave them several warnings to stop this scammy behaviour and get the bonus system work correct again. They never fixed the issue, as there is an incentive for them to not do so, i think this is not just due to incompetence, the conduct in question is fraudulent and intended. Thats why i now decided to come forward and report this to as many people as possible, to spread awareness and show the shady business tactics of the casino in question. ValDes
Hey there @brandmeister and welcome to AskGamblers. Wow, must admit that sounds really bad for an UKGC brand. But then you have this one here - https://prnt.sc/tp6l1u so I guess their awful RG tactics weren't the only area where players were meeting certain 'difficulties' so to speak... https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PublicRegister/Search/Detail/39264 Maybe it's a good idea to forward the matter in front of the UKGC directly and see how they would react in light of all that has been found and declared as seen above. Keep us posted.
