joner892555
hi. so i registered with casinoland . i deposited and then read the terms and conditions . after this i did a bonus hunt (playing games and then doing the free spins once my balance reached 0 ) they then took all my winnings and said i was in breach of the terms which i wasn't. the terms state that i cant use free spins or bonuses on certain games after my bonus money was wagered but thats not what i did. my bonus was no where near wagered. they then sent me an email saying that i broke a clause which they state that i cant use free spins or bonuses after a bonus is wagered , forfeited or lost. which they have just added in because i have the proof of what the terms on there site actually say. i have waited over a month for a reply about this and all they said what the excact same thing. that i broke the rules. i now am going to probably have to wait another 10 working days to hear back from the . whether thats for an outcome or update . if its an update then they will make me wait another month probably just to repeat themselves again. does anyone have some advice on what i can do please because they are making it like i done something wrong when its them who are changing the terms to suit themselves. i have attached the email they sent stating their terms . i also attached the actual terms and conditions on their website. hope someone can advice because im sick of waiting weeks while they keep my money

Afi4wins
Hi there Joner, welcome to Askgamblers forum. Casinoland replied to you informing that you had breached the bonus terms and therefore had all your winnings confiscated. Whilst playing with the bonus active, you played the 3 mentioned games, got the free spins feature game activated, BUT you did not play them. Instead, you quit the game and left the free spins feature game to be played at a later stage, after the bonus wagering was no longer active (removed). You did this on the 3 games. When there was no more bonus wagering active, you made a new deposit, without taking any new bonus, then played off the free spins from the 3 games, thereby making a nice easy win. These was confirmed by the software provider, as mentioned in the reply to you. This is clearly an abuse of the bonus, and a breach of the bonus terms, so no winnings can ever be paid out to you. Or is it that you did not do the above, but the casino and provider is accusing you of doing it? ValDes
