A: Know the slots your playing in advance

A: Use your feelings but exercise caution and discipline play a range of new "promoted games" we are not focused to a specific company being a general 

spectrum I'd be testing the slots for a cycle of 30 spins on the lowest bet possible .  (this is just me and i keep altering  also luck is an enigma)

A: If it doesn't look lively after 30 odd spins move around (Lot of ground to cover as there are different software companies but basic acid testing is useful)

Ok if the slot is showing promise I'll glide for a bit but maintain a ratio count depends on how active it was in the acid test .

Oh my god! So many questions on one simple topic? Yet the answers can vary a million times! 

Every punter has his/her own way of playing slots, depending on their budget size, depending on their free time to play, but to me, one of the most important factor for anybody to win is none other than LUCK! Flatzem mate, you seem to be chasing your losses each and every time you play, from what I can see from your posts. That can be suicidal! If a slot simply eats away on your credits for 50 or 100 spins, it is almost certainly a dead game! Don't go playing or chasing a feature game from it...quit and try another game instead.

From my long years of slotting, I would say that LUCK and SKILL are the two most important factors to win. Skill can only come after many years of experience, but even with excellent skill, no one can beat the slot without the luck! Skill can tell you if the game is playing good or bad, but only luck can determine if you win or lose.

Here's my 2 cents. If a slot is not returning much in the 1st ten spins I move on. I have not done this a number of times and paid the price - they rarely improve. If the slot gives a high return (relative to the amount you are playing) on a spin take the money and run - so many times I have continued playing and just given the 'win' back again quite quickly and not given me another good return when I continue to play 'my' money again.  It's really difficult to leave a slot if you've given it a lot of money. Features (free spins) can take forever to arrive and quite often they  don't even pay much. ie. free spins will not always return the money you put in.

Edit: I had one more thing to say. After playing online slots for some time I think I was getting a feel for when slots were due to give a good return - not 100% guaranteed though, as expected. Unfortunately there just aren't too many games which are due to give a good return at any one time. ie. win on one and lose on the next twenty.
