Old card issue

Hi i just To know, i have deposit Last year my old card, it goes old 19,then get New card and throw old trash like it by law says, now try To withdrawal casino but they dont pay me because i dont have that old card pictures, i got prove my bank that i got only 1 card but they dont care only wanna pictures that old card, is that me Who is wrong?
