Invalid coupon codes

Hi, just downloaded Slots Jungle Casino and used the no-deposit bonus code "ASKGAMBLERS75". It will not redeem. The live support said that this code is not available to all players. What the ***** does that mean!! As a new player am I not entitled to redeem a coupon!? I said that I was a new customer but they were not at all helpful. Looks like it is an invalid coupon! Bonus T&C's on their site is very limited but no mention of any restrictions attached to any bonuses.

We didn't had any complaints on Slots Jungle's bonus codes so far, but we will check this with our contact at Slots Jungle and will get back to you asap.

ASKDLAOC, please PM me your username and email used on this casino or send it to our support email so casino can locate your account and identify the problem.

 

They state that there should not be a problem to get the bonus code, it's still valid, but if you arrived from different affiliate ID (meaning, that you didn't sign up at Slots Jungle Casino thought AskGamblers link), you will not be eligible to use our exclusive bonus code.

Hi,

Using the "Get Bonus" link under the casino review section for Slots Jungle was the problem. Seemingly there are many ways to avail of an offered bonus but using only one entitles you to the said bonus, the claim link.

 

If you want to read up about the casino before geting the bonus, you are taken to the casino review section for that casino and here the bonus is also offered. This is where the problem arose.

 

The $75 bonus is listed here with 2 options( bonus info + get bonus) . Using this "get bonus" link option apparently does not entitle you to this bonus.

 

I don't know if acquiring bonuses for other casinos through this means prevents people from recieving bonuses but if it does then people should be aware, maybe by having a notification within the review section warning users not to avail of the bonus offer from that particular page.

First, I'm glad that you resolved a problem and got your bonus.

 

I see that we didn't put the proper link under the bonus. It tracks your registration, and I'm still confused why they couldn't locate your account, but the proper link for only this bonus should be this.
