    Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. 

    Well, once it's IN the terms and you ACCEPTED these terms, it's pretty much irrelevant whether it's fair or not. 

    When it comes to the word 'legal' I would only say that's quite a tricky moment, especially when it comes to overseas business like 90% of the online casino operators for example.
