Firstly, you have not provided much details on your situation, so no one could possibly give realistic advise!

Is your account already verified? If not, have you submitted all your documents and got them approved? If not, then the delay is probably due to your documents not being acceptable to the casino management.

Did you take any bonus or free spins offer with your deposit before making that withdrawal? If you did, then there's probably some issues pending with the casino management, like breaching one of their terms, or max bet size, etc.

I have never encountered any issues with Betchain Casino since I joined them about 2 years ago. Payments usually come in within 1 hour (for verified accounts)!
