I'm furious! I decided to close my account permanently with Slotty Vegas so requested they do this by messaging customer service live. A guy called "Sean" dealt with it and told me it had been closed. The following day i received an email saying i had self excluded myself from them and all connected casinos for 6 months! I contacted them again to ask what was happening and they tried to tell me it was UKGC regulations and they could do nothing about it! Despite my argument that i had just asked for an account closure. I messaged a "Sean" again and he tried to fob me off saying because i had asked them to close my account via a support message new regulations stated it meant i wanted to self exclude myself?? I mean seriously? I am aware that self exclusion goes on record and i am disgusted about it. Any advice on what to do next as i do not want a self exclusion against my name as it slights my character so far as i'm concerned!

Hi all, I certainly dont want to raise this as a complaint at this stage but with all the horror stories out there wondered if someone could put my mind at rest... On Tuesday, I requested a withdawal from Slotty Vegas that was quite large and its been sat pending ever since. Previously they processed withdrawals within a few hours but customer services says they are having problems with their payment provider refunding to credit cards. Has anyone else been affected? I just can't help being a bit suspicious. Thanks
