  1. The Mga has suspended the gambling licence of all casinos under Greenfeatheronline for breaching their terms. In a statement MGA explained that -Green Feather wasn’t in alignment with Article 41(1) of the Gaming Authorisations and Compliance Directive. The directive stipulates that licensees have to submit their management accounts for the first half of the year no later than the final day of the eighth month of the financial year. Furthermore, the MGA said that the company was in breach of 41(2)(a) of the same gaming regulation which states that licensees must file and audit financial statements with the regulator within 180 days from the end of the financial year. Due to these two breaches, the MGA has suspended Green Feather’s license. It may no longer offer gaming services, but it must still keep all customer information and refund all credit to players. Furthermore, the operator has the right to appeal the decision.
  2. Beginning from April a lot of previously owned casinos which were under Highweb ventures have now been acquired by Winzon group. The major change of this acquisition is that the operating license has now been migrated from Curacao to MGA. Because of this particular change the casino has also stopped accepting Bitcoin deposits. The casino has also restricted Elk slots for a lot of regions. These casinos have also removed a lot of games from other providers like BTG, PlaynGo, Bgaming, netent. The casino has also changed some bonus terms like max bet during bonus play is now reduced from $/€3 to $/€1 and the bonus duration has been increased to 30 days from 5 days. Some of the casinos which have already migrated are Casinodep, Spinpug, betrocker, bet4joy, comix, playdingo, mywin, heavychips, betspalace, betnspin. The payments meanwhile are still being handled by Highweb.
  3. I played at Zinkra Casino wich is rather new belonging to Gammix. Everything worked smooth, made deposits and withdrawal of 1800 £ wich arrived in a couple of days. 24/11-2021 I made a withdrawal of 3300£ and they were very friendly by mail and told me account was verified 15/12-2021. The last thing they wanted was IBAN to finally pay out the withdrawal but now nothing happens. I have not used any bonuses and I have saved every chat conversation, proof of winning, their t&c, bet and win history and so on. If payment will not arrive soon and i have an apology for causing this much complication I will take this further with legal actions. What more can I do now? N
  4. We all know that MGA license is the most respected license in gambling world. To get this license casinos need to follow a lot of strict rules. One of the rules is that the games cannot have an RTP lower than 92%. I just heard that since the MGA license authority has been getting less traffic from the past year or so they have decided that they might lower the required RTP for slots from 92% to a lower value. This will allow a lot of dodgy casinos with low RTP to obtain MGA license. But apart from this will it affect us more. Any inside info @ValDes and @cocopop3011
  5. I had a complaint with the MGA about everymatrix and 2 days ago i got a mail from them saying everymatrix is going to refund all my deposits since i excluded in 2012 - minus the withdrawals ive made during this periode. According to the mail this amounts to over 5000 euros,(allot of money) I was told to contact the operator or to send my banking info to the mga. I forwarded my info to the mga and EM but got no responce. I contact the casinos witch one forwarded it to everymatrix and another one told me they had nothing to do with the matter and that i should contact EM. Its been two days and i have not heard anything from anyone. I find this a bit odd. Has anyone ever been refunded by EM and how long didd it take before they responded/sent the payment?
