  1. I've sent Bovada three emails now over 3 weeks of pictures of my face while holding my ID to get them to verify my account, and every single time I go to the support chat they ask me to send a new one. I've made sure it was the right email I'm sending to. I know an agent added a typo to my birthday and they won't tell me what it is or how to fix it, so they can't use that as a security question. I did put my husband's name as the account name because I thought it was asking for who referred me and I got confused, but I sent a photo of him holding his ID as well. One of the supervisors finally let me withdraw all my money, but he closed the account again too fast and I didn't get to finalize the withdrawal. It feels like they're trying to keep my money and are ignoring my verification photos. They said they'd call me on the phone twice to verify and never did either time. My email is <removed?
  2. Hi, I am trying to submit a casino complaint but am unable to do so because the email address used at this casino contains a plus "+" symbol. The askgamblers submission form is telling me that the "Casino email is not valid". I am also unable to change it at the casino, so I can't go that route either unfortunately. The askgamblers.com registration has no trouble accepting an email with the plus symbol but it doesn't work on the complaints form. Is there any way around this?
  3. Attention, dear forum members! We have been notified by our fellow forum member macdonis /thanks mate / for a fake notification emails sent on behalf AskGamblers. Here's how the email looks like. Obviously a pathetic phishing attempt, but needs to be addressed anyways, so beware! Anyone else got that ***** on their email, please let me know asap. Thanks in advance!

I'm bombarded with emails when they keep liking my posts and I don't want to turn notifications off because they are useful to tell me when someone has reined to a post but its starting to annoy me now. are they even real people or is it just some kind of bot or something? If they are real people and they are reading this STOP SPAMMING AND GET A LIFE
