I hit 125X with Plinko on Bitstarz while betting ~$250 per ball, TWICE. Submitted a cash out and it's been pending for over 4 days. Support said they had to review the big win, and usually it takes 24-48 hours, but sometimes could be longer. It's been 4 days now. Now supports no longer give an estimate time, just say they're waiting for the game provider to review the big win. But Plinko is listed as a Bitstarz original game, Bitstarz is the provider for that game, right? who are they waiting for? why is it taking so long to review their own game?
