Hey , new here , i just have a question. So i have this complicated situation where i registered to gamban as i noticed my gambling was getting out of hand and one month in i find myself playing on a casino that allowed me to enter and deposit pretty much blowing whole salary chasing the loss as i couldnt cover the bills. I am in uk and tried to claim an refund on the grounds that i shouldn't have access to de site or be able to deposit. It was rejected because they say i selected finland and not uk as country of origin , even tho the site i was playing had uk in the url. I was never asked to provide any documents untill i launched the refund claim. i know uk has laws in place to provide identity documents beforr beign able to deposit , was wondering what are finlands laws. I also made a claim on Ibas a month ago whitout any response , was also wondering if its there anything else i can do as i struggle with debt , councill tax is past due and i got a credit card wich i emptied just to stay afoat. Any response is apreciated. Acc on the casino was created a year ago and has same email/phone with gamban registered account.
