Hi welcome, I personally don't ever take deposit match bonus unless it gives a advantage. Usually most casinos I'm aware of you can always cancel the bonus as long as you've not used it. Scenario A Eg deposit £100 + £100 bonus. If you win on your deposit and balance now (deposit £150 + £100 bonus) just cancel the bonus and cash out the £150. Scenario B £100 deposit lost, you bet £5 a go with £100 bonus win a huge amount if lucky eg £1,000 than spam minimum bet 0.15p on a low variance slot till wager complete (hopefully you lose a little or gain a little profit) than cash out whatever the balance is around £500-£1,200 as an example. So it's just a second chance, always make sure read the terms of bonus you can cancel it and your deposit is not tied to the bonus.

Yes that's exactly my point is the capped wins on bets higher than £25 taken into account on the rtp if that's the case than bets £25 or less should provide better winning potential or do they just do testing with a lower bet than state the rtp and not take into account the capped winnings on higher bets

Hi all, been thinking alot about those games where max win is 10,000x bet but it's capped at £250,000 which would be 2,500x bet if played at £100. So one would have to bet no higher than £25 to be allowed to win 10,000x bet. Is the RTP taking into account people betting at all levels or is it based on with the 10,000x bet, which than means anyone playing higher than £25 will have a lower RTP than advertised? If its the latter shouldn't they state the RTP for £50 max 5,000x and £100 max 2,500x wins? I hope I explained my question clearly.

Unfortunately it seems during testing they don't actually have to hit the max win, from my understanding as long as the rtp is within range like you said 60% rtp 2mil spins than 140% rtp for rest to make up. Hi, I would advice to check your play history to see if you have actually betted 30% or more of your deposit. If you didn't bet 30% or more than contact them again and ask exactly what the irregular play was, however I am very suprised that one can't use martingale in roulette. That's the first casino I've seen that has this rule.
