I'm sure there are - Casinomax? Bodog? Depends where in the US you are though.
 
I don't know how generous their offers are but to be honest I don't care - 2 months to get paid is absolute madness.

Yes. I received a check from FedEx on Friday. I am going to deposit it tomorrow. I can't say anything bad about Posh. In my case, I actually got over $900 and never deposited any funds. It was all off their invitation gift money they gave me to play with.
