  1. Imagine, you're playing slots on a land based casino and what do you know, you just hit a mega win. You press the cash out button and a message pop up 'Congratulations on your winnings, please allow us 30 days to print the ticket'. Call me spoiled but 30 days for them to process the withdrawal is just insane ;)

  2. Jeez you guys are spoiled. US gamler here and if I saw my money FROM ANY CASINO in less than 72 hours I'd be crazy excited because I had received a lightening fast withdrawal. Bro I'm on a month waiting on a payment from one casino. So yeah 1000% I think you over reacted.

  3. I know the exact cycle you are speaking of. It's almost a joke because you can tell someone the moment it turns south what's gonna happen.

     

    I'd be bsing you if I said I have full responsibility when I gamble. ***** last month I got the money from a wreck to get my car fixed and in days I lost the entire 4,000 dollars! Luckily I hit big $2,900 just before it was completely gone. I was so mad with myself and upset.

     

    That said you have given the reason for your bad luck either knowingly or unknowingly. If you deposit lose, deposit lose, deposit lose, then break back even or close... that was the time to cash out for that day. But due to"most" gamblers problem your/my addictive personality told you to keep playing instead of being responsible. Honestly that's yours/my fault. Not the casino or online gaming site.

     

    Now winning $2k to a b.s. casino like raging bull and them not paying is horrible. I just dealt with this and it still infuriates to even think about. But I learned a valuable lesson and that check, recheck, and check again BEFORE EVER DEPOSITING to any online casino. Call and make sure they are easily phone accessible, make sure they respond to emails, slowly deposit small amounts instead of just jumping in and throwing money at what could be a fraudulent casino or a sinking casino.

     

    WE live and learn and damn learning is always the hard way.

  4. With LEGIT casinos I've asked them to disable my account until the payout has cleared. They have always done it. However I would not ask that of raging bull casino of which I'm having difficulty getting documented and paid. I feel like if I did that with them they'd let me do it, then tell me I voided all payouts when I asked for a temporary account disabling or something like that.

  5. Just wondering how you guys feel about mobile gambling as opposed to the regular desktop slot gambling.

     

    My personal opinion is I find the mobile slots WAY TIGHTER than the desktop play. Especially bonus spins. Seems like they hit big and mega wins much less.

     

    I looked for a bit to make sure this wasn't already a topic before posting this. I didn't see one unless I missed it. I figured there would already be a post about this as obvious as the difference is for me at least. Yet I'm insane. I find myself continuing to play on my phone when I feel my odds are MUCH lower.

I could never work for any company that employs such tactics.  I've worked in customer service for years and during that time I worked for a very well known phone company however the call centre I worked in was dreadful they had no rules, they didn't care about following through for customers it was dreadful and I couldn't stay there.

     

    Good customer service is paramount - that's giving and receiving IMO.

     

    I agree. What really stinks in this situation is "your service" may or may not work no matter how much you pay. And they can change your plan anytime they like. Ohhh and they do not have to give you service at all if they for some reason they don't feel like it. 

     

    Just stinks really that we enjoy this so much yet due to the nature of our enjoyment the laws get left open for all of us to possibly get screwed. 

     

    BTW still curious if you or the others feel like the employees are told the antics before they really start dealing with customers?

Inevitable mate, we don't know what one is thinking and we can't control what they want to do unless or limited to the rules that you have given but in the end they have the power to break it so. Temptation can be fatal for this business and that's the reason why the casino's management must know how to train them very well. Remember that even the if the casino's management successfully did it but didn't address its employees like justifiable wages, incentives or day offs their employees will be tempt and can become corrupt from their working. 

     

    Very true. Just like wondering why such service is given when we go out for fast food...

    As for casino staff being taught or required to do such things, I honestly don't think so...except for rogue casinos.

     

    Come on now you think the sit there clueless to why the simple press of a button takes so long? lol

    Or why it took 5 days for someones emailed or faxed documents to get approved or denied? 

    I think they absolutely know. And I think the CSR's know they are there to do nothing but reassure customers.

     

    Operating a casino is a huge profitable business venture, but as businesses go, they must always be managed and run within ethical boundaries and stipulated regulations. Problems and delays are caused by a myriad of reasons, both by unknowing players and by the casino staff themselves too...by being inefficient! Efficiency takes lots of time and experience, so new staff cannot be expected to perform well at first, unless they have had lots of previous experience. I have seen so many examples of staff inefficiency, for which I have informed the casino's management, and corrective measures were then implemented. But not always done, sadly. Some management would just close one eye and pretend not to know it! That sucks big time!  

     

     Well there must be no long term people that work in the banking or document review areas of most online Casino's then. 

     

     

    All jest aside, I just feel it would be like trying to hide an elephant in a room if the all staff that deals with customers were not debriefed before taking their first call.

    I mean I understand I live in the US. So a little more may be at stake or involved in dealing with our payouts, but c'mon... If they accept bitcoin when I pay, then what in the world is the problem sending it back just as fast as the way we sent it? You know. 

  9. I think had I never gambled I wouldn't care to much and would probably have no issue with it. HOWEVER being that I know the struggles & exitment that gaming gives us, I would never have the heart to do this to people. My self conscious would eat me alive and id probably get fired for trying to quietly help players out of these type situations

     

    BTW... I absolutely think they are taught these antics from the very moment they are hired and start in their designated nob at the casino.

After dealing with my first horrible casino experience with Raging Bull Casino, I started thinking about whether or not the owners/supervisors of the casino actually sat there staff down and explained how they get over on their slot and casino players to even better their profits. For example "the missing documentation routine" "the delaying document confirmation" "The way they coax weak players to reverse/go below their withdrawal limit by leaving the funds in their playable acct".

     

    I mean we all know casinos do these things on purpose to maximize their profits, but do you guys think new employees are taught these antics or do you think it's just a known secret between "regular" employees like the customer service reps that the higher ups do this?

     

    Part 2 of my curiosity is that if all employees are briefed on how to make things as frustrating, difficult and tempting to their players could you do it? I mean a job can be hard to come by at times and people have families to feed so of course I think some could do it. Not like doing it but do it for their job.

     

    I know that since we all gamble this could sound like I'm testing you guys character... Well I Am. Lmao All in fun tho.

    I am self exlucded from SveaCasino. Yesterday i opened a account on EuroLotto. After i lost the deposits i started thinking about this (i didnt know the casinos had same owners), if i had won they would probably have confiscated the winnings. Their T&C doesnt mention anything about being able to play or not if you are excluded from their sister casino. But if its a general rule from MGA that the casino shouldnt let you register, then theres a whole other story and i should be able to get my deposits back? Not that the money really matters, but im just curious about this

    Did you use an alternate email address, username, etc... as SveaCasino or the same?

     

    1st just outta kindness from an understanding fellow gambler there is a reason you are self excluded. ... So obviously know better.

     

    However not defending you but being honest if you were self excluded from one site obviously the entire casino family should have been notified.

     

    Guarantee had you filed a charge back on any of them everyone in that family of sister sites would have banned you. Most do that anyway.

     

    Yet like the others I'd wait for someone who is more knowledged on this.

     

     

  12. Hey everyone. my name is Richard & sadly I found this great web site AFTER coming across my first truly sketchy casino. I normally play now Ignition but I found some fun games over at Raging Bill Casino. After depositing a lot of money & spending quite a bit of time playing I finally HAVE TRIED TO CASH OUT & I can not get a response from them to save my life. No nothing.... Email, live chat is a joke, and no answers to phone calls. 

     

    This site is here to help people NOT make the same mistake I made. Had I just simply googled a Raging Bull Casino review I'd have found all the posts & disputes that lead me right here to AskGamblers. 

     

    Anyway I've found you guys now & I'll be much better informed for the next casino I try. i hope to get to know you all in the future.

  13. Hey guys. I'm brand new here. Wish I had found this site before I had to start looking for it last week.....by a casino ignoring my P/O, calls, emails, ets... ANYWAY SORRY I'll get back on topic.

     

    I thought I'd add my hit from Lucky 6's the other day. After being down $1,200 in very little time, It was a blessing to get this hit!.And YES I actually cashed out! lol
