  1. So, I read some sites giving this new casino Wildz.com good reviews. The people bevind it obviously have been for "Years" in the business.

Well, saturday I win €1100 there. I try to fugure out where to upload document for verification. Find Nothing, excep in faq it say that if the upload link does not work, Sent to Email. So I do.

Contact then on sunday via chat. The say that they received my Email and docs, but ask me to upload again via the link - that they have to activate. So I do.

Contact on monday. Verified yet? No, but they Will. Contact today. Not verified. Support does not know why. Might be because of heavy traffic.

Seriously? Big gambler sites like Casino Ground endorse Wildz, still they operate like this? Stalling verification and payout. Not good!

    Hey :)

Please keep in mind there are dozens and dozens of certain parameters and facts taken into account when calculating AG Casino Rank Score for an operator. You may find more about it here:

    What is CasinoRank?

CasinoRank: The Smart Way to Play

"CasinoRank is a dynamic online casino rating system that uses only real facts and players' experiences."

So, players ranking is taken into consitheration, but probably not so much, then?
I surely can understand why. I read "reviews" where people have lost $20 and rate the casino 1-star.. or as posted above... breaking rules and then write bad review.
Maybe a "Trusted Reviewer" algoritm could be applied?

This timeframe is the time it takes to reach your e-wallet account once it has been approved. The pending period is the time it takes to actually process the withdrawal, which is where I think you're getting confused with our review.

The current pending time we have is 24 hours but for a first withdrawal this can be more. For subsequent we would expect the casino to be keeping to this timeframe.

Oh, there you go! Then it wa my misstake! Apologize for that! But - I received the money last 500 30 minutes ago, so this time it was super quick.

But - Lady Luck is visiting me, so I just now requested another €2000 withdrawal with €600 still in my account! The game "Stampede" paid big :)

Well, thank you for clearing the timeframe/pending issue for me. Thumbs up for SlotJoint at this moment!

  4. Hi all! My first post, I think :)

Anyway - 3 weeks ago I won some money on SlotJoint. I sent in documents and waited to be verified. It took over 8 days! Once verified I got paid. Before this I wrote a review giving them one star, because of the long withdrawal time. But.. I like the casino so I played again. Won a little bit and asked for a €500 withdrawal two days ago - 47 hours. Still nothing!

When I read about SlotJoint here and on another review site, they are among the trusted sites. Another site will even pay the deposit amount if screwed over. THis site and AskGamblers write that withdrawal time to eWallets are 0-24 hours when it turns out to be way, way, way more than that!

So I wonder - why? Why does not review sites like AskGamlers listen to members and change the withdrawal time listed?

  5. Congrats on both the great win and for the hefty withdrawals you got there! Keep them coming! :good:

What you mentioned about lifting your deposit limit though doesn't sound good at all. I can see the aforementioned brand is holding MGA licence /they also have an UKGC one, but it doesn't affect you since you are obviously not coming from UK/ which means the casino must provide a set of responsible gaming tools to their players - deposit limit being one of these. The key moment here is that as per the MGA requirements, you could decrease the deposit limit at any given moment with an immediate effect, however increasing it must take some time, usually between 24 hours /min/ and a week.

I think you misunderstood me. It took two hours from I sent my request to increase the limit until they said it was raised, but it would not take effect until 7 days was passed. So increasing the limit is 7 days.

  6. Well it's always lovely when players share they positive experiences with us too, it's always to come here to rant. And good on the casino for your fast withdrawals too.

Well, the experience with joreels was just so good, so I thought they deserved to get some good words. There are so many half-shady casinos that stalls withdrawals and will do anything to keep from paying. I have also been at casinos that are OK, but got slow servers or whatever, making the overall experience suck.

Good luck to all playing this weekend :)

  7. Hello all!

Been a while since I posted here. Not been playing so much, but wanted to share my experience with what I assume is a brand new casino, Joreels.com.

I registered there 2 weeks ago and found my favourite games, at the moment Mega Moolah Isis and Break da bank again. The first day I deposited €50 I think. Played Break da bank again and ended up with €400. Asked for a withdrawal and 30 minutes later I got an email saying the money was on its way. No asking for verification. Got the money in my bank account the very next day.

Yesterday, in the morning - I again deposited. First €20. Lost it. Another €30. Got a great line on Break da bank again (see screenshot). Asked for a NOK20.000 (€2.100) withdrawal. This time I got an email asking me to verify. I sent in the paperwork and I could see, as I uploaded my documents, that they was verified pretty much right away. 10-15 minutes and I was done. A couple of hours later I got an email saying that the withdrawal was approved and the money on its way. And today, at noon, all money was in my bank account.

Now, Joreels is, by far, the fastest working casino I have won at. The only "problem" I find is that I set a deposit limit the first day playing there and last week I wanted to remove it. But I had to contact customer support to do it. Well.. they did in a couple of hours. Had to wait 7 days, but as you can see - it was worth the wait :) Hoping my luck is back (it went away for the summer :D )

  8. Oh, maybe I didn't deeply search that casino mate thanks for reminding. MiamiDice? Well, I ain't play from their casino because of the multitude of negative reviews, another my country was prohibited.  :D

Wow, that was fast they emailed you and you got it within a day?

No, the next day! Money probably sent in the evening, then the banks needs to clear with each other. But was in my account the next day, yes.

  9. Hi ForzenFish!

I never heard of that casino, maybe other forum players know it but the fact that it's not listed on Askgamblers makes me think? Is it a new casino or a licensed casino?

As I can find, FunctionalGames is sort of a whitelabel-thing. They operate/own 24 casinos and yes just found that they are listed at AskGamblers. Makes me feel a bit safer :)

I have experienced slow payments before, like MiamiDice. MAN that was a slow prosess. But the winnings came! Hope that is the case this time as well!

  10. Yes, I was verified may 18 and I was told the payout was to be done the same evening. The next day support said it would be paid out that evening and the day after I got a message saying "bigger amounts might take a bit longer". And that is where I start to worry - if 3600 is a "bigger" amount for a casino.....

  11. I have search AskGamblers but can´t find anything about Functionalgames and/or Pingocasino.

Anyone here have any experience with them? Requested a withdrawal 4 days ago and was told the same day I was confirmed and that the money would be sent me the same evening. But it still say "Pending". Obviously I start to wonder... The amount €3600 approx.

  12. Yeah, it is the same thing for casinos and games... Like 3-4 days ago, I played "Break da bank again". I have played it before, but never won anything. A few bucks here and there but nothing to mention. Thinking that it has to be the worst game ever :D But I tried it again (@Pingocasino/Functionalgames) and after a few spins- with a NOK 9 stake (€1) I won NOK 10.000. Played a couple of hours and requested about €3.600 withdrawal. I tell you - NOT a stupid game! Quite fun, actually :D (when winning).

And other casinos I have never won much at - but as long as the games are good and you do not get cheated - 1 star is unfair for just loosing!

  13. Hello!

I have seen quite a few people give casinos bad reviews because they did not win anything. One question that comes to mind then is: can each casino set their own "payback percentage"? I would not think so! So, giving a casino 1 star just because you lost €50 there - is just stupid I think. It will also give worse overall score to good casinos!

    Right?
