I'm loving casumo at the minute and Mr green. I self excluded from Ladbrokes where I played thousands, deposits lasted 2 mins, made me a VIP and bonus's got very scarce. VIP emails never answered anytime I contacted and saying I didn't opt in for certain spins when I know I did. Stopped me with drawing in shop as I had done for months. Lost passport and they ask for it again when I've shown it before and well known by staff. One staff member I am good friends with her daughter and used sleep her house! Couldn't withdraw more than £80 online to skrill as it took the full 48 hours and photo I'd requested again even though I've been a vip member Coue years and they've had it before. Self excluded so they wouldn't reel me in again. Worst site around!
