No it was with the same email I have told them this about 6 or 7 and don't you think they would of used that against me. I am very greatful to the 2 members that have helped. But I am also shocked by how low people's expectations are. Why should we have to worry about withdrawals . Casinos are in the service industry like bookies but they are world's apart. Gambling online is one of biggest growing industries around , and have some of the biggest profits to prove it. They have a online business , which is so much cheaper then a bricks and mortor high street one . Let in this case and many more the customer support is shocking so they do not seem to be using profits on wages. At Argos , home base , tesco even poundland if you make a honest mistake you would get a refund. Didn't everyone's mum say if you have been honest you have nothing to worry about. We are doing nothing illegal but seem to get treated like fringe society we are not. I had to take early retirement from my own business and if I treated people like this I really would have sleepless nights. I made a honest mistake , I did not benefit from it 6 or 7 separate deposits when would they of told me at 20000 pound . Every single penny played was mine. All I hear is terms and condiditions but what BGO have done is immoral and I cannot think of any other industry why you get punished for making a honest mistake . We should at the very least expect them to take our money with good will and honesty. If we expect nothing , then what is their motive to change . None

    Hi Nicky

IMO if you don't really believe the results are random, then you should stop playing straight away because you will only get more frustrated.

In regards to not winning at Lucky247, why don't you just not play there anymore? Doesn't it make sense not to deposit somewhere where you're just not winning?

A few years a ago I tried many, almost all of the Casino Rewards Group, I could never ever win at them! I believe I made one withdrawal during my time at their network of casinos. So what did I do? Decided to never to play at them again. Not because I thought their games didn't have random outcomes purely because  just had no luck at their casinos

Glad to hear you find that old guide to be still helpful.... Unfortunately, the industry didn't evolve much over the last couple of years when it comes to getting rid of the 'rotten apples', isn't it?

A few years ago I'd play anywhere, I couldn't sign up to enough new casinos. Literally one after the other in search of a welcome bonus on every deposit. Now the thought if finding a new casino just doesn't bode well with me, I've become very cautious and stick now to my regulars.

I would personally stick to reputable names within the industry, so in the UK that's Stan James (of course), Bet365, William Hill, Ladbrokes etc etc.

If you do come across a Casino you are not familiar with and a promotional offer that's too good to be true, it usually is!

    My personal opinion...

To be honest, I don't think any official body within UK /except the police of course/ will help you out with this issue, at least not in the foreseeable future. It seems that 'stealing' hundreds of thousands from players in the form of unpaid legitimate winnings is totally okay and no one from the organization listed so far within this forum thread is able to provide further assistance. Which is in fact a terrible and discouraging news to say the least...

Right now, your best chances for quicker resolution are IF someone from within the UK gambling business grab the opportunity and buy for ''pennies'' the existing Smart TV Broadcasting Limited players database/s. I know the idea sounds rather peculiarly, but on the other hand we've already seen even crazier things happening in this business. Presumably, any potential new owner would like to get rid of the terrible reputation asap and what better way to start doing that but to solve all the outstanding complaints across the gambling related websites like ours for example. Right now, AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/ holds over 30 unresolved complaints against Smart Live Casino, all of them submitted since late June and referring to the same issue.

Obviously, the chances for a fast resolution are minimal, but you never know.

I am so sorry to hear you were active in this above average casino, now obviously rouge.

I actually did my personal research and I can claim my opinion now.

You deal with highly educated brains, altogether active in 7 languages    but ain't smart 'azzzezz' there because you know you might ended up in the jail...

I hope someone is about take over SmartLive and we might see new management and new casino.

I see lack of answers from official parties and I must say I am very disappointed and will e-mail them as I have a quite few questions myself.

Good luck and let's hope thing will work out for ya'll *

Yes, as I said in my reply to your PM I too would love to  hear some more about these "rigged table patents" that Flaxen was referring to. I wonder what section these are filed in at the Intellectual Property Registrar, "Fraudulent Gaming Inventions" perhaps? Or maybe they just keep it simple and have a filing cabinet dedicated to "Illegal Roulette Tables" ?

I must find out the answer to this question, come on Flaxen hook a girl  up !!!

Unfortunately I guess this is the end of the road unless the Insolvency Agency act pretty quickly. I was promised a reply within 3 weeks and we are pretty much there and no word yet. They are about the only thing that can block the liquidation now. That said I called Menzies LLP this morning to make sure I was listed as a creditor and was advised to also send into them any evidence of fraudulent activity so at least the relevant parties could be punished, but she did mention there was no money..

Anyone with any energy left could try the BBC - Rogue Traders / Watchdog may well try and chase the CEO down and at least attempt a character assassination on TV, but doubt we'll see a penny now though.

    Cheers

frankel reacted to raverbabe in EveryMatrix sued for not paying excluded player!
I saw this on another forum, not sure if it has been discussed here as yet but I haven't seen it mentioned and feel it is surely of interest to all players here.

So, a player who signed up at an EveryMatrix casino around 18 months deposited and went on to win £625 before requesting a withdrawal which was subsequently declined on the basis that the player had previously excluded from a seperate site within the EveryMatrix group. The player argued with the casino that they were unaware the other casino was part of the same group and that it was unfair for their deposit and bets to be accepted if they never had any chance of winning.

Now I hear of this situation coming up a ***** of a lot these days, especially with respect to EveryMatrix because of their policy of only performing KYC once a player requests a withdrawal. On this particular occasion the player refused to accept the casino's reasoning that it was impossible to verify all players upon signup and begun a claim with the county courts here in the UK, eventually obtaining a judgement against the casino for the full £625 plus legal costs.

If you have had winnings denied by an EveryMatrix casino due to self excluding from a different casino within their group, will you be considering having another go at claiming what you believe you are owed by the company as a result of this judgement? This surely sets a huge precedent for players in the future and might well cause many casinos to start verifying players before they can start to play, at least here in the UK?

I would say most quality casinos would refund this deposit without even being asked to. Have BGO provided a reason why do not intend to refund this money?

It's a real shame that these sort of people seem to prosper and the relevant bodies that should investigate them are reluctant to act unless the evidence of malpractice is handed to them on a plate.
The smartlivegaming website is still up for withdrawal requests and thus banking details are required.
If they have no funds and are going bankrupt perhaps it should be taken down.
The wheels of justice are slow to grinding to a halt
Looks like some sort of Karmic retribution is all we can hope for on these 'businessmen'.

There was a headline article in The Times today by Andrew Ellson. " Crackdown on rip-off gambling compannies" £3.5bn lost as bookmakers cancel winning bets .
I thought that he just might be interested in our experiences with SLC and have sent him an email outlining the background to our problem to maybe he can give it some publicity. We dont seem to have had much luck so far.  Presumably we all must be creditors of the "failing" companies but doubtless they won't have any monies for any payout.
Seems that we may only hope to save others in the future.

Always wondering when it comes to casino live chat... Shouldn't such a facility be live indeed after all? I mean, what's the point to claim you offer live chat to our customers when it simply doesn't work most of the time or you have to wait 5+ minutes for a simply reply from the chat host...

Sharon, congrats on your withdrawal though! You took a wise decision after all! Hope your withdrawal will be processed any time soon.

To date I am wondering why 99% of online casinos apply KYC procedure /account verification/ after your first withdrawal and not before your first deposit? Gamblers life would be so much easier...

Yep, another one I agree to. Some casinos take a ridculously long time to complete this process whilst others can do it within just a few hours. Definitely a process that needs to changed I believe!

The math adds up! The only way to settle your head after a bad session is to look at things in this way. All this chatter about rigged wheels and the like on the forum recently, I just really don't buy it especially for live casinos where thousands of people can be betting on the same spin of the wheel. When you have a mathematically certain advantage you'd have to be real greedy (and stupid!) to cheat and ruin your GUARANTEED income.

I want to add one thing to the point "3.":  If you're gonna play 50/50 bets (Red/Black ...) then your better option is to choose "French Roulette" as this roulette has a single zero and in addition, every time the ball falls on zero's pocket, half of your bet is returned to you. "La Partage" or "En Prison" are rules that also diminish casino edge to 1.35%, much better than 2.7% of European roulette (or 5.4% of American roulette).

Hi elizarus and welcome to AG forum. Well, I also like roulette as well as other table games, but I prefer live dealer versions of them, so I would suggest you to try live roulette at Paddy Power casino, they have several live dealer roulette tables, nice dealers, minimum bet of €0.10 even for 50/50 stakes, they accept several e-wallets and they pay faster than the average.

    Good luck

Of course there's no need for Playtech or any of the other big names in the industry to cheat or manipulate the software in their favor! Having million of customers and a software set to 97% RTP means a pile of cash every single day, right?!

And yes again, Betfair in known to be one of the top Playtech powered casinos, as well as Bet365 and William Hill!
